did you make it yourself? if so tutorial? I'd be interested to see how its done

or you can take the easy route and find a crumpled paper texture and just add whatever you want onto it (which is what I did). Making the text and the effects to look crumpled is the real hard part. I'm not sure if there is a tutorial to do it, I can look for one or I can make a tutorial myself if I can remember how I did it.
